Sutherland Education works to cooperate with agents and is very supportive of their role. We ensure our services interact harmoniously with those of our partner agents. Our Argent Agreement includes the option of individualised services; these benefit from expertise emanating from our long experience in the British education system. Whilst we endeavour to enhance our agents’ services by sharing our knowledge and offering advice, we do not charge agents for those services.
Our support of students and their parents share many aspects in common with a view to optimising the outcomes for each student. By being contractually associated, we always endeavour to work together to achieve this aim providing reassurance to both parent and student regarding the overall educational experience.
SE signed into a written agreement as a precondition to a partnership which outlines agent’s role, SE role and undertakings and commission payment terms.
