Andrew is founder and Principal of Sutherland Education. The Sutherland’s have provided educational guardianship services for over 50 years. Alongside his senior roles in schools of Deputy Head, Senior Master, and Senior Housemaster i/c boarding, Andrew has worked continuously in guardianship since his Mother founded the UK’s first guardianship association
